The elephant stool is a stackable, three-legged design from 1954, which was originally made in fiberglass. It is one of the most famous post-war Japanese designs and is still as convincing as ever with its clear formal idiom and great functionality. Brought back by Vitra in injection-molded plastic with color develpment by Yanagi. Suitable for indoors, balconies and gardens, the stacking stool can even be used as an easy-to-transport picnic stool.
