Are samples available?
Yes — we’re happy to send textile and finish samples at no charge. Just get in touch and we’ll take care of it.
Do you offer trade pricing or volume discounts?

What is the lead time on my order?
Lead times vary by item. Some products are in stock and ship immediately, while made-to-order pieces typically have lead times of 8–12 weeks or more. Current availability is listed on each product page.
Do you sell authentic, licensed designs — or reproductions?
We exclusively carry authorized, licensed products sourced directly from the original manufacturers. We do not sell reproductions and consider unlicensed knock-offs both an ethical and legal violation of the designers’ work.
What does “Quick Ship” mean?
Quick Ship indicates an item is in stock and ready to ship without delay.
Can I request expedited shipping?

What delivery method should I expect?

Do you ship outside the continental U.S.?
At this time we are unable to ship outside the continental United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Where does my order ship from?
Items ship from our Portland warehouse or from partner warehouses and factories located in the U.S. and Europe.
Is assembly required?
