They are created from coarse-grain recycled cork with a surface marked by notches and color variations, highlighting the natural properties of this premium-grade material. Each Cork Bowl exhibits a lively, unique pattern. They join the rest of the Cork Family from Jasper Morrison, originally for Vitra in 2004.
Jasper Morrison's objects provide a quiet contrast to the creative exuberance of the Eighties. The visual restraint, high functionalism and constructive simplicity attract attention to his work.
